Terms And Conditions For Returns, Refunds and Exchanges.
Whatever the reason for the return, the customer must add a covering letter briefly explaining why they returned their product, order number and FULL contact details. By doing this will help the J4K team deal with the request as fast as possible.
ALSO, we strongly advise to send any product back via recorded delivery (So a J4K staff member has to sign so there is proof of delivery).
Unfortunately, items do go missing in the post and if we do not receive a product J4K cannot be held responsible as the product is the customers responsibility until we receive.
Products must be returned within thirty (30) days of any purchase and must be in the same packaging with no damage. If it is after the thirty (30) days J4k cannot refund or replace.
Once receiving a returned item an experienced member of our staff will check the product. This can take up to three (3) days of receiving, depending how busy they are. (Weekends do not count re the 3 days)
If there is a fault, a refund or replacement will be sent at J4K’s costs. If J4K find this fault is either wear and tear, and or misuse from the customer, in this case no refund or replacement will be sent.
J4K will email our reason why we came to this decision and if the customer wants the product returned, the cost of the postage must be paid first by customer.
If the packaging is damaged but the product is still in saleable condition, there will be a cost payable to J4K by the customer to replace the packaging.
J4K will not refund or replace any J4K product on images emailed in, for a refund or replacment to be considered, the products must be retured to J4K in terms of what has been stated on this returns page.
Glove Palm: J4K cannot offer a refund or replacement on any wear of the palms on any of our gloves. This is because the palm is a soft latex material and will naturally wear from your first use, and then with every usage. Also, poor pitch conditions, wearing gloves on artificial turf and even using a worn-out football can drastically wear the palm away, so for this reason we cannot guarantee our palms. No Acceptions.
Deliberate Damage: Even though 99% of the J4K community are amazing loyal customers, sadly there is that small percentage that abuse what J4K is trying to do to help goalkeepers and parents save money.
So, if it is found that any J4K goalkeeper glove or product has been deliberately damaged, for example, by stretching the wrist bands and threads, and or cutting the threads, no replacement or refunds will be given, and the customer will be then banned from ordering further from J4k.
Free Goalkeeper Gloves
If a customer receives a free pair of gloves, through our sponsorship program or from a competition we have ran, we cannot replace or refund as we have given this product for free.
Personalisation Goalkeeper Gloves
Any personalisation goalkeeper gloves cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless there is a fault with glove/
J4K cannot be held responsible for products bought through our resellers. If a customer has bought through one of our resellers, the customer has to contact the reseller in line with their terms and conditions.
Changing of Size
Where a customer is returning because they want to change the size, any returns must be still be in the same new packaging. If the packaging is damaged, J4K withhold the right to charge the customer to replace any damaged packaging.
If a customer wants their product (s) replaced with another size, the customer will have to forward further postage costs before J4K can send out product.
Covering Your Postage.
If in the event J4K has sent out the wrong size in error and or there was a genuine fault with the products(s) once we have reviewed the returned product and we find we are at fault, J4k will send a new product at our cost, as long as it is within the thirty (30) days.
Ordering Multiple Products To Find Size.
Where a customer orders multiple products to find a suitable size, the customer are most welcome to return the sizes they do not need but the customer will be responsible for the returned postage and the cost of our warehouse staffs quality control, handling fees and returning the product back onto the shelve (s).
This could take up to 7 days for our staff to restock once receiving the returned products. Once this has been done, J4K will deduct the amount owed and send the remainder of monies back to customer.
Customized kit: If you order customized kit, you cannot cancel. This is because the moment your order is paid for, we send your customised design (s) to our suppliers who start immediate works on your product (s) and because your products (s) are customised by you, they are thus personal to you and cannot be sold on, so for this reason we cannot cancel an order once payment and your order has been made.
Our Promise To you:
Sadly, J4K has had to put the above conditions in place because of the minority of customers trying to get free products by deliberately damaging products and or making a mistake with their order, but please rest assured J4K will be 100% fair when making our decision when a product is returned
Delivery of your product.
If a customer is not home our courier will leave a note explaining where the products(s) are stored for a period of time. (This is normally the local sorting office or a neighbour.)
If the product is not picked up by customer and returned to our warehouse, the customer has to pay for the reshipping of this product (s). Please Note: J4K cannot resend products (s) until further postage is paid.
If a customer requests a refund at this stage as long as the products(s) and packaging are as new, J4K will refund monies minus our original P+P costs, plus a further £5 charge for our staffs handling and return to shelf charges.
