Our returns system is a quick, step-by-step automated process designed to make things easier and faster for you. By emailing J4K, you will only slow the process down for yourself.
The J4K email department is only for help, advice, and general enquiries about J4K goalkeeper gloves and gear. Our email team cannot process return requests.
All returns are handled by our separate Returns/Warehouse Department, so to make sure your request is dealt with correctly, you must follow the RETURNS process.
If you email J4K about a return, you will simply be directed back to the RETURNS page.
J4K is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Messages sent over the weekend will be replied to on Monday.
